Description

This internship may turn into a permanent role. We are a global organization with headquarters in downtown Ft. Lauderdale. This opportunity will provide support to the North American IT department. In this role you will gain hands-on experience with helpdesk support as well administration functions. We are seeking a hard working and dedicated candidate who has some technical knowledge, takes pride in their work and desires real world experience. If this is you, please apply! Responsibilities

Provide helpdesk support to local and remote end users
Create new user accounts/configure new user workstations
Network documentation and design
Network monitoring and administration (LAN/WAN)
Server monitoring and administration


Requirements

Must be detail oriented
Understanding of network concepts (i.e. DNS, DHCP, WAN, LAN, MPLS, VPN, etc.)
Understanding of Active Directory
Basic troubleshooting skills
Knowledge of Windows 7
Ability to learn quickly and adapt even quicker

Skills

Preferred - Basic Computer Skills, Microsoft Server Technologies, Microsoft Windows 7, Active Directory
