Description

Provide first line technical support to end-users workstations; trouble shoot computer problems, determine source and advise on appropriate action.

Responsibilities

Knowledge of computer and/or network security systems, applications, procedures and techniques.Ability to install, configure and maintain personal computers, networks and related hardware and software.
Ability to work well with others in a team environment.Strong verbal and written communication skill; ability to communicate technical information to nontechnical personnel.
Must be able to work independently using problem solving skills and good judgment; strong attention to detail.
Skill:MS Office Products, Windows server and Linux,anti-virus software, VMware, EMC Storage and Backup, Network equipment; setup and repair. VOIP telephony system setup

Requirements

Responsible for the day to day running and maintenance of the corporate LAN/WAN.
Repair and troubleshooting, firewall maintenance and troubleshooting.
Assists in the development and implementation of all ongoing and future technological projects.
Provide input and testing of new operating systems implementations. Responsible for monitoring all help desk issues assigned and track and update ticket in a timely manner
Experience in patch panel work, along with structured cabling punch down/termination/testing of Cat 5,6 wires and Installation of servers in Data Center .
