DescriptionProvide first line technical support to end-users workstations; trouble shoot computer problems, determine source and advise on appropriate action.

RequirementsResponsible for the day to day running and maintenance of the corporate LAN/WAN.
Repair and troubleshooting, firewall maintenance and troubleshooting.
Assists in the development and implementation of all ongoing and future technological projects.
Provide input and testing of new operating systems implementations. Responsible for monitoring all help desk issues assigned and track and update ticket in a timely manner
Experience in patch panel work, along with structured cabling punch down/termination/testing of Cat 5,6 wires and Installation of servers in Data Center .
