We have an immediate need for Tier I Help Desk Technicians to support our Business VoIP Customers. We’re not just looking for anyone, but someone who is passionate about technology, that has a huge appetite for technology and a great work ethic.
ResponsibilitiesApplies expertise to solve first level technical support issues for end-users of our products and services based on Microsoft Skype for Business, and Office 365.
Utilize the Knowledge Base to research, analyze, and resolve basic software, network, and hardware questions and problems received by phone, email, chat, or Dynamics CRM ticketing system.
Provide exemplary customer service to our customers.
Resolves problems or contacts more senior technical support as necessary.
If support results in new solution, provides documentation and creates a new Knowledge base Article.
Supports users by fulfilling individual requests for information and/or training in the utilization of our various Interfaces, Portals, and client applications.
Support includes but is not limited to:
Account modifications, resets, and unlocks, reconfiguration, or password resets.
Problem solving and troubleshooting issues with applications and hardware
Mobile device troubleshooting (iPhone, iPad, Blackberry, Samsung Galaxy)
Troubleshooting basic network issues with internet routing, port blocking, or call routing issues.
