DescriptionRF America IDS is looking for remarkable IT support representatives. Our customers expect to have the best support experience possible. We are looking for passionate, extremely self-motivated team players. We treat our support calls and emails as high-value conversations with our customers.

We are interested in people who can think and reason clearly, who can learn technical issues quickly and who can communicate to customers with patience and empathy.
This 3 month internship will turn into a full time employment option for the right candidate.
Responsibilities•Serve as front line contact for customers by answering technical support telephone calls and emails.
•Assist customers with hardware and software installations and troubleshooting problems.
•Answer questions and troubleshoot computer and network issues.
•Assist in creating support documentation to be used internally as well as for customers.
•Provide suggestions and feedback to the rest of the team.
•Assist the operations department with miscellaneous day to day tasks
Requirements**CRITICAL: Customer service skills. RF America IDS has exceptional standards for customer service, not only for the clients we support, but also for our employees. It is our expectation that the person in this role will like to work with others and will help them solve problems with a positive attitude and helpful spirit.
•Ability to work independently as well as within a team environment
•Ability to meet deadlines and work well under pressure
•A strong level of comfort learning new technology
•A general flexibility in order to successfully complete the job responsibilities in a timely manner
•Understanding of Microsoft Windows operating systems (Windows 7/8/10) i.e. installing and uninstalling programs, registry settings, and the Windows general environment
•MAC experience is a plus
•Computer proficiency including strong knowledge of Google Apps (Gmail, Docs, Drive, Sheets, etc...), Quickbooks, ACT as well as Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook are a plus.
•A positive and proactive nature to follow through on helping customers get the answers they need
