- Coordinate with teams to utilize IT, Help Desk Support p technology to improve communication
- Contribute in improving functionality and profitability for SAP
- Develop Mobile App for SAP or non SAP line Help Desk Support, JAVA, .NET,TIBCO, WEBMethods
- Documentation and testing new software in SAP applications
- Assessment of new IT, Help Desk Support application ideas
- Research competitor's offerings
- Work focus to be a Functional and Technical Knowledge
- Work in selected Help Desk Support Module & DEMO, Training
Requirements- Producing contents related to Help Desk Support products, solutions and services, Web management, IT security.
