Description

We are hiring a full-time Help desk Administrator for our New York office! This person will be responsible for providing technical assistance and support to all of our employees internationally. This includes set-up, administration, configuration and troubleshooting of employee problems. The ideal candidate will be proactive, detail-oriented and possess great communication skills.

Responsibilities

Duties/Responsibilities:

Able to listen effectively to employee’s technical needs and offer valid solutions
Troubleshooting/replacing PC components (desktop/laptop), printer support (mac OS support a plus, but not necessary)
Using/Troubleshooting MS Office Products(O365/Office 2007/2010)
Using/Troubleshooting/Imaging Windows Environment (XP/Win7/Win8/Win10)
User setup/management/mailbox migration using Active Directory/Exchange(2007/2010)
Liaising with service providers and supply vendors for purchases

Requirements

Education/Experience:

At least 2 years of experience working on a helpdesk
Educated to an Associates’ or Bachelors’ degree level
Basic networking knowledge


Pluses:

Experience with providing mac OS support
Certifications in CompTIA A+, CompTIA Net+, Comptia Sec+, CCNA, or MCSE/MCP
