Description

NYDVS is a group of professional web developers, designers and marketologists based in New York. We develop, optimize and maintain websites and mobile applications for all areas of business. We are in search for smart, young and passionate individuals who would join our team to work hard together on a single goal.
Although this is an unpaid internship, there is definitely a perspective to prove yourself and get hands on in the flourishing IT industry. The chosen candidates are expected to be in the office a few days a week, come motivated, and leave all personal issues behind the door - you will be engaged in something much more exciting.

Responsibilities

Answers telephone and greets visitors; provides information and assistance.
Scheduling and coordinating meetings. Assisting the President in developing agendas and talking points
Serving as the point of contact for all visitors to the President. Establishes positive and professional communication at all levels
Drafting, editing and customizing President's correspondence and documentation
Conducting President’s personal agendas
Picking up and distributing daily mail.

Requirements

The ability to easily take direction, learn quickly and able to work independently and is results driven.
Knowledge of business and management principles involved in strategic planning, resource allocation, production methods and coordination of people and resources.
Knowledge of modern office practices and procedures.
Knowledge of computers and job-related software programs.
Skill in the provision of customer service.
Skill in oral and written communication.
