Description

CVISION Technologies is a rapidly growing technology company based in the heart of Queens, N.Y. As a technology intern, you will be responsible for a working in all aspects of software testing and configuration.

CVISION is looking for a motivated technology intern for a technical support position. This role would involve dealing with clients in various ways such as over the phone, and through WebEx.

Candidate should have good vocal and written communication skills and a technical background is a must.

Responsibilities

The internship position is for a support technician who will be providing support for our clients in various ways such as through responding to cases online, phone calls and/or WebEx. This internship can benefit you in many ways in the future as you will be directly involved with the entire team here at CVISION which will also allow you to be exposed to the companies day to day operations. We provide hands on training to help you use any of our products effectively so that you can become more comfortable in this type of environment. All of the skills that you will be learning here will look great on a resume and are the type of skills many companies are looking for in this industry.

Requirements

It is preferred that the applicants are enrolled in a two-four year program with a GPA greater than 2.9. It is also preferred that the applicant has good communication skills and works well with a team.
