We work with a focus on Helpdesk, virtualization, email hosting, domain hosting, remote fixes, field technician fixes, IT projects, etc.

Role: Assisting inTroubleshooting, documenting, assisting, recommending day-to-day fixes for end-users. Company culture is integral part of our company, recommended reading “Delivering Happiness” Good to Great” “Leaders eat last”.


Setting up accounts, Handling calls, Data entry, Data cleanup, digital file organizing.


Technical, and basic computer skills.


Preferred - A+ Certified, Network + Certified, MCSE, Bilingual-English/Spanish
