Description

Hime Hime Makeup is a brand new start up company that specializes in creating matte liquid lipsticks. We are looking for talented, ambitious creatives who are passionate about beauty/makeup/Asian culture to write blog posts for our website to drive traffic to our store.

This is a great opportunity to flex your creative muscles and get your work out there at the same time! Bloggers will also have the opportunity to shoot original videos if they choose to showcase the product (how-to videos) or however else they choose to incorporate them. If selected, beauty bloggers are also eligible to receive free products (retail value of $12.95 each!).

Please attach 2 fashion/beauty-related writing samples along with your resume and cover letter stating why you you are interested in this position.

Responsibilities

-Research and stay up to date with new trends in the fashion/beauty scene.
-Create original content with a unique voice for a makeup brand's new site
-Conduct interviews/polls about what people think about new beauty/fashion trends
-Research and write about new trends in Asia

Requirements

-Experience and expertise blogging about fashion, beauty, trends, etc.
-Strong writing/grammar skills
-Able to create creative and engaging content
-May also be required to create social media content
-Preference given towards Journalism, English, Communications, and beauty industry- related majors
