Description

We're looking for a talented Editorial Intern to join our team at Mother (mothermag.com), a full-service parenting site with a stylish bent. The founders are based in San Francisco and Nashville, respectively, but the remote intern can be based anywhere. Responsibilities will include writing and editing content, helping with our social media channels, coming up with ideas for stories and profile subjects, and other marketing initiatives. A great opportunity for someone hungry for loads of experience.

Responsibilities

Our Editorial Intern will be responsible for writing posts across all categories—Fashion, Beauty, Travel, Home, Food, and Motherhood. The intern will also be responsible for uploading these posts, including accompanying images, and promoting them on social media. The intern will help with our syndication efforts and coming up with ideas, both content-wise and for larger marketing initiatives. The sky is the limit when it comes to our intern's possible contributions!

Requirements

You must be an ace idea-generator and great, grammar-savvy writer. You must be social-media savvy and interested in the fashion/lifestyle categories and cool-mom movement. You must be familiar with back-end CMS systems, like WordPress. Photography skills are a huge plus!
