If so, this Journalism Internship is perfect for you!
Each semester, Nakturnal brings on several Journalism interns to help create original content for our event-based website, NakYouOut.com.
Nakturnal is a Pittsburgh-based marketing company with emphasis on events in the 412. Its website, NakYouOut.com offers coverage of interesting ongoings in the areas of art / music / fashion / food / culture.

ResponsibilitiesYou will gain first-hand knowledge of the industry by attending events, interviewing artists, writing deadline-based articles and exploring numerous facets of digital publication.
RequirementsThis position is for credit-only. Journalism internship applicants must submit a writing sample along with their resume and cover letter for consideration.
You must also posses:
- An outgoing personality
- Consistent follow through
- All interns must have their own laptop to work from while at the office
- Knowledge of Pittsburgh arts and culture a plus
- Fall/Spring semester internships require at least 12 hours per week for a total of at least 200 hours
- Summer semester internships require at least 15 hours per week for a total of at least 240 hours
