DescriptionMusic for Good promotes the connections between musicians and the good causes they care about most. It features news items about the convergence of music and charities, and interviews with top recording artists about their music and the work they do with various non-profit organizations. It also brings bands, brands and non-profits together to work on mutually beneficial campaigns and events.
We're looking for someone to help find, edit and post stories about the convergence of music, activism and good causes.
*Please note that this position involves working remotely, so applicants can be located anywhere in the United States or the UK.
Interested candidates should send their resume, two writing samples you're most proud of (links are fine) and a brief message explaining why you'd like to be a writer/editor for Music for Good.
ResponsibilitiesMusic for Good is looking for an intern to write, edit and find stories about the convergence of music, activism and good causes. You'll be working with writers, posting stories about benefit concerts and compilations,, and more. You'll be writing/posting approximately two stories a week (350-600 words).
