Educational Travel Adventures is seeking a journalism intern that will write both web and print content for an array of exciting projects for our student tour company!

Projects will include: writing and interviewing for promotional campaigns, newsletters, website copy, print copy, video script content, blog posts, social media posts, etc.

The intern will help conceptualize each project and will be responsible for starting and bringing the projects to fruition with the guidance of the ETA staff.


Hours: 5 to 10 hours per week. Schedule negotiable with option/ability to work days or evenings.
Compensation: Internship position is not compensated. Intern may be eligible for college credits.


Qualities we are looking for include:
Prior professional writing experience
Enthusiasm for the creative process
Detailed oriented
Excellent research skills
Excellent grammar and knowledge of the English language
Excellent editing skills
Self starter, a person who takes direction and can work independently
Ability to interview people, ask importation questions and tell a story
Ability to write interesting, witty and funny content that sticks to the message of the project and the company
Very organized person who can multitask and work on several projects at once
Someone who can think outside the box
Love for travel is a plus, but not required
