Description

The Echo is an online newspaper run solely by high school students. We are seeking motivated writers, who get along well in a group. If you would like to write for us, please contact us at theechocontact@gmail.com. In your application, please include a sample of your writing, and a brief paragraph detailing why you want to be a part of the Echo team. This sample can be anything from a school essay, to a story, we just recommend that it showcase your talent, and coordinates with what type of writing you would like to do at The Echo. For example, if you want to be an editorial writer, submit an editorial piece. Additionally, please note which of the following tabs you are interested in writing for: Editorials, Global, Lifestyle, Personal and Entertainment. Finally, please note how often you plan to write. This internship is completely online.

Responsibilities

All writers are required to write a minimum of one piece per week off of a piece prompt. Additionally, writers are required to attend monthly tab meetings.
