ResponsibilitiesResponsibilities and Duties:
•Perform administrative assistance to the Compliance Manager in areas of compliance to include order fulfillment and mailing services.
•Assist in improving compliance recordkeeping, monitoring, and tracking
•Performs other related duties as required and assigned
•Ability to effectively learn and acquire new knowledge and skills
•Strong organizational skills and great attention to detail
•Excellent written and verbal communication skills
•Excellent computer skills (Internet, Excel, Word, Outlook)
•Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
•High quality approach to assignments
•Must be punctual and understand the time sensitive nature associated with strict turnaround time requirements
•Works under general supervision
•Students pursuing and Associates Degree or Higher
•Students must be at least 18 years of age when the internship begins
