DescriptionILSTA is working in the legal sector in Laos - are you interested in doing an internship with us?
The Institute for Legal Support and Technical Assistance (ILSTA) is an Institute set up by legal professionals from international development organisations, national development agencies, academia, and the private sector. ILSTA is a partner organisation for Luxembourg's development cooperation in Laos. The policy of ILSTA is to respond directly, in partnership with national authorities, to the needs of training and capacity building.
Our international team works closely with our Lao counterparts as well as other development partners on a range of different topics. As we support capacity development our work includes various kinds of research assignments, interactive training, development of learning materials, communication and information management.
ResponsibilitiesOur international team works closely with our Lao counterparts as well as other development partners on a range of different topics. As we support capacity development our work includes various kinds of research assignments, interactive training, development of learning materials, communication and information management. You will be required to come to Laos and work from our office which is located in the capital Vientiane.
RequirementsThe person(s) we are looking for:
• has a background in law or other relevant discipline,
• has previous experience working with people from different kinds of educational and cultural backgrounds,
• is a team player, willing to engage in a variety of tasks,
• has excellent English language proficiency.
