DescriptionWe are a financial services firm in Carlsbad, CA that specializes in financial planning, asset management, and third party administration of 401(k) plans, We are seeking to improve the internal efficiency our business as well as to improve upon the consistency with which we deliver our services to existing and prospective clients. Achieving this requires that we reevaluate and document our internal processes and create the associated products, e.g., email templates, literature, etc., appropriate to each. You will lead this task.
ResponsibilitiesYou will lead the task of documenting and creating the associated products/deliverables for numerous processes within segments of the business.
RequirementsMUST HAVE excellent copy writing skills, grasp of grammar, and an excellent proof reader. The internship will not be successful absent these skills.
MUST be able to see the big picture behind the task and possess the confidence to recommend changes
MUST grasp the basic concepts and processes of managing a business.
