Sound Imaging is looking for a an legal & administrative assistant intern. The intern filling this position will handle a wide range of important duties.


-Create Quick Quotes for Sales Team
-Draft Contracts for Sales Team
-Proof Contracts if Drafted by Sales Team Members
-Work with outside counsel to convey questions from Owner
-File Corporate filings yearly as needed with government agencies
-Retain copies of filing
-Greet customers
-Answer phones
-Data entry
-Credit checks
-Misc projects
-Outbound Calling for Customer Relations
-Register Company With yellow pages, yelp etc.


Applicants should be business majors with an emphasis in contract law or in law school. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications is a requirement. The ability to multi-task, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills are all essential to this position. To qualify individuals must have an interest in the health industry.
