DescriptionSolo law practice in Oceanside California licensed to practice law in both the State of California and the Southern District Federal Court in San Diego, California. Seeking a part-time legal intern to conduct legal research on specified matters, as well as assist in the preparation of documents for clients. Potential interns would be able to work remotely from home. If in the local area more hands on work can be assigned. The idea candidate will be looking to expand their legal knowledge and skills to gain experience in the field.
ResponsibilitiesInterns would receive research tasks from the attorney in order to assist in the preparation of documents for clients. In addition Interns would also be tasked to create template forms for specific legal issues such as to revise client intake forms, or other specified forms.
RequirementsCurrent law school students who have completed their basic legal research classes. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to complete complex tasks.
