The Ziegel Group, a California corporation and a real estate brokerage firm, is currently seeking 2 interns to work with and help a licensed realtor and attorney in Sherman Oaks, CA to market and support its real estate brokerage firm offices in Sherman Oaks, California and to market its services. You will learn how to support the office's legal and real estate services and manage and properly task and calendar clerical duties as well as draft business correspondence, research, and documents to be reviewed by our attorney. You will work hand in hand with an attorney whom is also a licensed real estate broker, not an agent. You will obtain hands on clerical, administrative, negotiation and marketing skills. The internships are only for part time positions and the weekly schedule and work hours are flexible.
ResponsibilitiesInterns will be conducting typical office administration tasks such as answering phones for real estate broker and attorney, emailing, posting marketing and listings internet and additional marketing sites, preparing basic letters to be drafted with and reviewed by attorney/broker; jointly drafting marketing material; emails; preparing for review basic forms and documents/ contracts for digital signatures; communicate directly with prospects, and clients; filing; orgnizing; invoicing; and various other office duties. Interns will also assist in marketing events, building our internet websites, maintaining/building social media accounts, updating simple Excel inventory sheet and demonstrate an interest in helping to brand the business. Looking for an intern who can bring a creative flair to our marketing campaign, to both promote our services and expand our market share.
Good and positive attitude and willingness to learn in a professional setting; and the following:
* Professional and friendly demeanor with strong communication skills
* Solid understanding of and word processing and general computer programs skills (e.g.,Word, Acrobat, etc);
* Internet searching and computer proficiency; and
* Basic social media, and e-mail proficiency
