The Litigation Department includes two former AM 150 attorneys that clerked for United States District Court for the District of South Carolina and have spent their legal career litigating on behalf of banks and servicers in the areas of lender liability defense, contested foreclosures, class action defense, creditor rights, and consumer bankruptcy. The litigation department handles matters in federal and state courts in Virginia, North and South Carolina, as well as arbitrations, special proceedings, and adversary actions.
