DescriptionAs a Digital Account Management Executive you will have overall responsibility for the planning and delivery of digital marketing activities across an excellent portfolio of clients. Working closely alongside and Creative Producers you will ensure effective management of projects to brief and guarantee that they are delivered on time and within budget.

ResponsibilitiesSome of the things we’d like you to do:
Relationship Management: Build solid, trusted relationships with day to day client teams and act as the main point of contact for your clients through project or campaign life cycle
Project Management: Effectively coordinate internal agency resources to deliver client campaigns against agreed objectives, timelines and budgets.
Quality Control: Ensure all communications, reports and deliverable are subject to internal quality control processes to guarantee the highest standard of quality for all agency outputs.
Strategy & Planning: Understand client business, market and audiences so as to effectively input to planning and creative development process. You will also work closely with Client Directors and Account Directors to identify and develop client growth opportunities.
Financial Management: Ensure accurate and timely financial management of client projects including budgeting, reconciliation and invoicing. Support with the forecasting of income.
RequirementsNice to have experience in an account executive / account management role within a digital agency
Nice to have had experience managing digital creative projects for a diverse array of clients
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, and a natural way with people are key: this role is very client facing
Exceptional attention to detail and great organisational skills
A passion for everything digital, with an active interest and some understanding of online advertising industry trends
A bachelor’s degree/working on one
