The internship is in the After Sales Service Department and the intern will work very closely side by side with the International After Sales Service Manager responsible for Latin America and the Caribbean. Its a challenging internship with a lot of space to grow and get deep insights into the world of a young, family-owned, international company with a start-up flair. Focus of the work is managing an own project: Building LCI's Part Website and taking it to the next level, significantly increasing product availability, the right products with the goal of heavily impacting the website's revenue. Additionally, the intern will support the International Service Manager with ongoing international projects (for further specifications see below).


- Build and manage existing spare part website
- Upload and complete product information
- Increase number of offered products
- Develop sales reports and analyze sales
- Discuss actions with superior based on analyzed sales report
- Continuously improve overall website experience
- Possibly re-design website & coordination of agency

After Sales Service:
Assist international Customer Care Manager with projects such as:
- Compilation of documents for establishment & documentation of international processes and procedures
- Compilation of PowerPoint presentations
- Conduction of Excel Sales Analysis (advanced Excel skills helpful)
- Translation of documents from English to Spanish and vice versa
- Help build International After Sales Department


- Healthy attitude to work: fast learner, pro-active, independent, goal driven, reliable & open minded
- Ideally degree in: Business / Business Administration / Marketing / eCommerce / Social Media / Sales / Service Management
- Fluent in English and Spanish (bilingual)
- Very good skills of Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
