Brooks Enterprise and Consultants is seeking two interns to join our team!

Job Purpose:

To participate in a summer long internship program which includes providing office services by implementing administrative systems, procedures, and policies, and monitoring administrative projects; this position will lead to a possible paid position.

Responsibilities

Duties include, but are not limited to:

§ Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing clients; clients include small business to Fortune 500 companies and government agencies

§ Schedule and attend client meetings

§ Conduct trainings and workshops with designated groups

§ Assist administrative staff by providing information, educational opportunities, and experiential growth opportunities.

§ Resolve administrative problems by coordinating preparation of reports, analyzing data, and identifying solutions.

§ Provide information by answering questions and requests.

§ Complete operational requirements by scheduling and assigning administrative projects; expediting work results.

§ Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; participating in professional societies.

§ Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

§ Travel is a possibility
