Responsibilities

Process incoming sales orders
Order follow up
Maintain customer files (invoice, quotations and orders)
Assist internal/external customers with questions
Address issues/problems and communicate to appropriate parties
Answer and distribute incoming calls as needed
Create and email reports to outside sales as needed
Inventory counts

Requirements

Required Customer Service Experience

- Must Have Own Reliable Transportation

- Ability To Learn and Apply Marking/Promotional Strategies

- Strong interpersonal and customer service skills

- Desire for an Entry Level Opportunity with Management Goals
