In this internship you will be working closely with the head restaurant coordinator in assisting in daily business tasks. You will gain valuable experience in restaurant management for this internship involves all hands experience on working in the restaurant setting. Once you have completed the program, you will be properly equipped work as a Food and Beverage Inventory Control Manager.


-Assist in counting of stock for facilitation
-Reports discrepancies regarding the inventory to the supervisor
-Assist in ensuring excellent customers service, food quality, and cleanliness within the workplace.
-Completing opening and closing counts of inventory
-Ensuring you are following health and safety standards
-Set up and service support for all events
-Ensuring the workstation is adequately stocked in stock and supplies


-Strong interpersonal and communication skills
-Able to work in a group and team environment
-Motivated individual with excellent customer’s service with a willingness to learn
-Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
-Food Handler’s certificate recommended
-Must be currently enrolled or recently graduated from an accredited university in a culinary or related field
