Description

SKYNgenuity Medical Spa and Apothecary is noted as a premier Medical Spa in Manhattan, SKYNgenuity specializes in non-surgical cosmetic procedures such as Botox, dermal fillers, chemical peels, laser treatments, to enhance one’s natural beauty. We are constantly adding new services and have had great success. We are seeking a highly, organized and responsible Intern willing to grow with the practice. Position requires excellent phone communication skills, and filing and organization of patient charts and photos. Candidate must be proficient in excel/Microsoft office and social media platforms. The Intern will be working very closely with the CEO and medical director of the practice exposing the Intern to the world of business as well as the inner workings of a Medical office. The experience gained is unparalleled and supplementary to any business/marketing classes you are taking in college or graduate school.Hours and future compensation will be discussed based on experience and work ethic.

Responsibilities

-Working closely with Physician in learning how to run the operations of a medical spa business
-Participating in marketing via events, facebook, twitter, linkedin, Instragam and email blasts.
-Learning about our Spa software application
-Learning about sales
-Helping to organize charts and calling clients for follow-up
-Sending and checking emails
-Answering and making phone calls

Requirements

–Proficient Excel/Microsoft Office, Google Documents, Photoshop, social media platforms such as Facebook, Twitter and LinkedIn, Instagram, and Pintrest.
-Highly organized
-Great communication skills with clients
-Interested in the fields of Management, Marketing, Business, Office coordinator/ assistance
