Elissa's Solutions specializes in fundraising and project development for nonprofit agencies, students and artists, and community groups.

The Virtual Assistant will be the "right hand" person to the director, and help keep the agency running efficiently for a minimum of 5 hours a week. Confidentiality, professionalism, and an ability to work independently are necessary. Please provide a working email address to receive instructions on submitting a Volunteer Inquiry Form.


Responsible for setting and managing the agency calendar, scheduling clients and events, maintaining deadlines, and generating correspondence, i.e. letters and reports on behalf of the director.


Must have great organizational and writing skills, an ability to communicate with internal/external clients by phone and email, and proficiency in Microsoft Office (e.g. Word, Excel, and Power Point).
