What We're Looking For:
Clear Vision Communications, Inc. is currently seeking enthusiastic, professional recent graduates, who wish to get hands-on experience in the field of management, sales, marketing, and communications! Each Management Trainee will begin first with extensive sales and marketing training, assisting in customer acquisition and account management. Through a 12-18 month long training program, they will have the opportunity to receive additional training in effect team-building, interviewing, coaching, human resources, recruitment, small business financials and more!

Responsibilities-Learning the fundamentals of sales and marketing
-Participating in workshops, meetings, and goal-setting
-Consulting business owners on their cellular telecommunications needs
-Working directly with small and medium-sized businesses in the Cleveland area
-Face-to-face product presentations
-Acquiring new customers on behalf of our Fortune 500 client
