Administrative Assistant/Receptionist Needed ASAP

Expanding marketing firm is seeking to hire a professional, upbeat, motivated administrative assistant ASAP! This position is ideal for someone who is looking to get their foot in the door with a growing company where there is plenty of room for growth!

The ideal candidate will:

Requirements:

- Energetic and team-oriented.
- Some College or Bachelor's Degree preferred.
- Comfortable working in a fast paced environment.
- Self-motivated, punctual, and well organized. Must be detail oriented.
- Outstanding oral and written communication skills.
- Social media and website management skills a plus.
- Good working knowledge of computer systems, such as Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
- Candidates must pass a background check, a drug screen and provide valid proof of USA residency.
