DescriptionThe Project Manager is responsible for the development of project plans that ensure maximum process efficiency while delivering optimum creative solutions for internal and external partners; guides and supports allocation of talent and creative resources on each project; provides suggestions for continuous improvement of best practices to ensure maximum utilization of resources.
ResponsibilitiesPRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES/ACCOUNTABILITIES OF THE JOB:
Act as primary point of contact for all assigned projects Participate in all creative discovery meetings for development of creative brief documentation and project timelines Identify potential staff or capability shortages for each new brief and develops potential solutions for VP Project Management Lead day-to-day management and optimization of all assigned projects Ensure project briefs are fully complete before commencement of work Gain thorough understanding of team roles in projects and processes Ensure projects meet business requirements Plan, coordinate and direct discipline teams to ensure briefs are executed Support cross-discipline and cross-partner collaboration Resolve problems and keep moving towards completion Work with Channel Management and Marketing to ensure delivery times and specs for all programs and media channels are met Gain strong understanding of brand standards to ensure all project deliverables stay “on brand” Master and maintain knowledge of company business, competition and latest industry news and trends Provide point of view on best practices and solutions across functions Ensure post project information and financial data is complete. Maintain and Update CRM system.
