About the Company:
We are Innoverted, an Austin-based startup company that owns and operates a portfolio of promising new ventures with emphasis in the on demand services space.

Our platform simplifies and expedites the process of booking a variety of complementary services and drives more business to local professionals and establishments.

We’re seeking an engaged, ambitious learner with a strong work ethic to dive into all things Operations and Business Administration, providing support to and learning directly from the CEO. This is a rare opportunity for involvement with a broad breadth of roles, duties, and domains in a small startup environment.

The ideal candidate will be a self-starter with the necessary tenacity to get things done, including figuring out how to get those things done, regardless of the circumstances.

While the hours may be flexible, a commitment of at least 10 hours per week for a minimum of 12 weeks is desired.

If you have interest in entrepreneurship, startup culture, small business operations, or any form of highly autonomous employment, this is a great opportunity to learn from professionals that have experience with a multitude of facets thereof.


-Business Development and Account Management

-Operations and Logistics

-Marketing Execution

-Meeting Attendance (including active participation)

-Wearing of Various Hats as Fitted by the CEO

-Completion of meaningful Independent Project(s) and/or Independent Research as Proposed by the Intern and Approved By the CEO


Required Qualifications:

-Strong Work Ethic

-Unfaltering Reliability

-Can-Do Disposition

-Genuine Interest in Learning and Application of Learning

Preferred Qualifications:

-Holding or Pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Business Administration or Any Relevant Field

-Excellent Organization, Communication, and Computer Skills (MS Office, Gmail, etc.)
