DescriptionThe operations management intern at Fink Development will assist the founders of the company in developing and executing the operations management strategy. Interns may also assist in general operational tasks that contribute to the development of the business. Startups have many moving pieces that require constant adaptation. You will need the flexibility to shift tasks and projects frequently and should be able to readily adapt to changes at multiple levels.

We utilize the most efficient and effective processes to maintain client motivation, enthusiasm, and confidence throughout the career development process.

Weekly Commitment: 5-10 hours per week. We are happy to work with your schedule and/or academic requirements.
Location: Interns will work alongside the founders at either the Fink Development office or remote location at 1789 Venture Lab.
