DescriptionLiza Schwartz Jewelry is seeking a part-time (3 days a week) experienced Account Executive. Duties include but are not limited to, email outreach, customer calling, and generating reports. Candidate shall be responsible servicing existing accounts within the territory, developing the territory, and monitoring inventory. Please note the requirements and responsibilities detailed are to provide an indication of the expected tasks but this list is not complete with all activities.

**Candidates must be able to commute to Miami Beach.
Responsibilities-Research marketplace to identify potential new accounts.
-Maintain communications with account contacts to identify new/re-reorder opportunities; facilitate order processing.
-Proactively seek, acquire, and grow new business.
-Primarily handle specialty store business and support's major and department store accounts
-Collaborate with accounts to understand needs, challenges, resources and opportunities
-Work with accounts to ensure brand message is consistently communicated and represented in stores
-Monitor customer orders and work with shipping department to ensure timely flow of merchandise
-Maintain meticulous records of all sales orders and shipping transactions
-Order follow up (cancellations, oversold, late shipping, bounced boxes)
-Research trends new stores and sales competition.
-Follow up on leads from tradeshows
-Assist to regional sales shows with team
-Assist with best seller reports for categories
Requirements-Proven track record of success within a similar role, fashion or retail experience preferred
-Knowledge of the wholesale fashion RTW and accessories market
-Sales driven with the ability to expand existing business
-Strong interpersonal skills, ability to work with customers to develop strong long term relationships.
-Able to identify and develop opportunities
-Excellent communication skills and knowledge of retail math
-Strong excel knowledge and analytical skills
-Ability to work in a team, possess organizational awareness and flexibility
-Ability to work autonomously as well as part of a team
