Indigo Interactive is looking for talented interns to join our team this summer. Project management is essential to Indigo and so we’re hiring a Project Management Intern. We're excited to work with you and have your talents lend to the software we build!

About the Indigo Interactive internship program
Interns at Indigo Interactive work on real projects and are mentored by members of our team who will guide you throughout your time at with us. The projects you'll work on as an intern at Indigo Interactive are all derived from real problems we face as a business, and we expect you'll have a meaningful impact during your time here. You'll leave Indigo Interactive with new technical, creative, and business skills and having accomplished something significant.

All internships are paid and require a commitment of 12 weeks of work, between 25 and 29 hours each week (we're flexible on start/end dates, planned vacations, etc.).

About you- We're hiring interns interested in working on developing, product design and sales. Regardless of role, there are a few key things we're looking for in interns:
-You are independent and self-driven. Indigo Interactive is built on the concept of being a team of accountable members. You'll get plenty of support and guidance from our team but we expect each person to be accountable for their work.
-You are an exceptional communicator. We write a lot at Indigo Interactive - we write for our products, we write for our marketing sites and initiatives, and most importantly, we write as our primary way of communicating internally. Clear and effective communication is essential to being successful at Indigo Interactive.
-You are creative and you want to share ideas. We don't know it all, and we want to hear new ideas and keen perspectives that we haven't thought of yet.
-You're ready to learn. You'll dive right into new technologies, new approaches, and new concepts and apply them to your work.


You’re Responsible To:
-Assist Project Managers in coordinating efforts of developers, designers, engineers, and other professionals working on various software development projects
-Assist Project Managers in maintaining and updating project schedules and budgets
-Assist in the research of technical solutions, software integrations, etc for various web development projects
-Identify opportunities to contribute solutions and/or process improvements
-Support Project Managers with day-to-day responsibilities such as meeting coordination, correspondence and logistics
-Maintain efficient and organized filing systems and attend meetings as needed


Your Requirements:
-A background or coursework in business management, or related field
-Excellent knowledge in the Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe software
-Push creativity, challenge established thinking, and discover new ways of approaching (and solving) problems.
-Basic understanding of the user experience design process
-Ability to perform duties independently with general supervision
