Catalyst Media, with headquarters located in Malvern PA is seeking Class of 2016 graduates for its management development program.
Our management development program is designed for high potential, driven achievers who do not accept failure. If you have had a series of successes in your collegiate career from grade point average to elected office, club president, or sports team captain and believe you are a leader, we want to meet with you.
This is a career track position that begins on our national sales team dedicated to building our digital media business which provides online branding, lead generation and advertising services to all size businesses. Our digital media business has a national presence, with globally branded clients and nationally recognized partners.

The right candidate will participate in an on-boarding and business development training program and will work towards a management position over time within our media business or any other business in our portfolio, based on your skills and interests. You will work alongside with and be mentored by senior level professionals who have years of experience in their related fields of marketing, advertising, business management and digital technology. We are one of the nation’s largest digital media and print publishers of business information and we own a large portfolio of commercial websites. We have over 150,000 clients in the United States which has included the entire Fortune 1000.
•Launch and manage multiple sales campaigns across our product groups
•Measure and analyze your own performance around client and development contacts using SalesForce
•Focus on building relationships with client contacts on a daily basis from our database
•Conduct market research to uncover new clients and new revenue opportunities
•Partner with a team of world-class Marketing, Sales and Editorial professionals, undertake management training to focus on leadership, communication and professional development
Since this is a career track management position; the base salary is targeted at $42,000 to $45,000 with an annual bonus of 5% to 25% based on performance. Our compensation package also includes profit sharing, 401k with match, comprehensive benefits, paid vacation and holidays, free onsite gym for employees, winning sports teams and clubs.

Candidates must already reside in a commutable distance from our headquarters in Malvern.
Candidates will participate in a thorough interview and assessment process.
Must have attained a grade point average above 3.0 and 3.25 in their major and have had at least one summer internship in a white collar environment (not a lifeguard)
