Dynamic Bay Area startup WaveSpot is looking for a social and outgoing account manager.

WaveSpot is ramping up efforts to acquire new channels of growth. We partner with the top original equipment manufacturers in the world. Account manager will be responsible for finding and creating relationships with distributors and resellers of wireless technology where we can be an add-on.

About Us:

WaveSpot is a privately-held company offering an innovative social WiFi platform and complete marketing automation solution that enables stakeholders like network operators and retail executives to manage and monetize WiFi. A WaveSpot enabled network allows administrators to deploy branded social WiFi, reward customers through intelligent C2C marketing and advertising, as well as leverage a complete multi-channel automation solution for ongoing relationship management.

WaveSpot solution is being used to monetize thousands of WiFi networks worldwide. Our WaveSpot software layer makes it simple to setup and configure complex enterprise and public WiFi network environment such as SMBs, hospitality industries, retail chains and campuses.

Responsibilities

- Identify technical issues for partners and customers
-Troubleshoot basic networking concerns
- Work with engineering and sales teams as support

Requirements

-experience in account management and/or channel development
-tech/WiFi knowledge greatly preferred
-excellent communicator who eagerly takes on challenges
-demonstrated experience in relationship/trust building
-a hip and happening individual who will add color to our office
