We are the first collaborative, co-working space in the tri-cities area. Our facility is high tech, and set up for an entrepreneur to have the tools to succeed. We have a passion for building business owners in the area as well as the youth. We are looking for college students who want to work in the areas of Marketing, Event Planning and Writing. You will have an opportunity to be part of a new movement in the area. Our goal is to be the Entrepreneur Hub for the "City" We also have other projects in the works such as a Club E Factory ( A true business incubator) and E Recycle Plant. ResponsibilitiesThe Data Analyst will work with client data to create/implement statistical predictive/prescriptive models, develop customer profiles, analyze campaign results, formulate sensitivity analyses, prepare cash flow reports, forecast revenue, and optimize segmentation of data for ongoing communication and membership sales/marketing programs.
Applicants must be detail-oriented and very organized with the ability to multi-task to deliver timely output and handle shifting priorities professionally. The ability to manage/manipulate large data sets efficiently while keeping data very organized and clean is also very important.
The Data Analyst will develop customized reports and analyses as well as strategic plans with meaningful, insightful, and actionable findings for internal purposes and at clients’ requests. He/she will perform data hygiene and work with automated programs built to execute append/reverse append of various data sets. This includes address hygiene, merge/purge of data sets and establishing unique identification.
Preferably, applicants should have in-depth skills using Microsoft Excel, and other Office products as well as experience with database analytics and file manipulation with SQL, SAS, MS Access and/or similar tools.
Will demonstrate initiative and resourcefulness to meet project goals, internal team needs and clients' expectations.

Excellent written and oral communication skills.
Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a cross-functional team environment.
Will be capable of working with advanced statistical methods/techniques.
Ability to understand business objectives and requirements, organize and interpret research results, and deliver insights and recommendations through effective reporting.
Develop business calculations to determine return on investment, cost per acquisition, profitability, best donor segments, design of experiment testing and results and market analysis.
Ability to analyze business objectives and create complex analytical solutions.
Experience with BI/data visualization, campaign management, CRM, and web analytics tools is a plus but not required.
RequirementsWork Experience: Some relevant work experience is desired but not required. Students with high GPAs from local universities or community colleges.
Education Level: Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in mathematical/engineering/ technically oriented major. Master’s degree would be a plus, but not required.
