DescriptionThe internship program of 3Jay Productionsis designed to give college students an opportunity to complement their formal education with career-related experience in a challenging, creative and a professional environment. Candidates for these critical positions will possess exceptional customer relations skills and the ability to work within a fast-paced environment. Candidates should also value attention to detail and be able to handle a large variety of activities and tasks within the world of fashion, beauty & pop culture trends. It’s imperative to have a vast knowledge of fashion and entertainment magazines, blogs, national and international trends. Our environment is informal but highly professional, requiring high-quality work and individual initiative. Each staff member is part of the team and must be willing to perform a wide breadth of activities – nothing should be beneath them. Interns report directly to the leaders of organization. Major responsibilities include building solid relationships and partnerships. The Intern must be self-motivated, work well under pressure and be a creative, forward thinker. The ideal candidate will be positive, detail-oriented and able to work as part of a team in a fast-paced, competitive industry. Excellent communication skills are required. We have bi-coastal and virtual positions available.
ResponsibilitiesWe are seeking a customer service and results-driven intern who will thrive in a fast-paced environment. This role is key in soliciting new clients and maintaining relationships with existing clients. This role will also work with the Marketing role to brainstorm online advertising, branding opportunities, and promotional campaigns. This role will work closely with the Owner of the company.
RequirementsStrong grasp of current events and fashion, beauty & pop culture trends.
Interest in a fast-paced environment.
Vast knowledge of fashion and entertainment magazines, blogs and national
Experience working with industry related business: agencies, media, talent,
TV/film, etc. Internet savvy (surf the web with ease, know the best sites).
A passion for all things entertainment & the ability to multi-task.
Flexible schedule must be available to work full-time 2-3 days per week.
