Operation ASHA in New Delhi, India has several 1-year fellowship opportunities open for students/alumni based in our New Delhi offices.
Operation ASHA’s mission is to eliminate tuberculosis among disadvantaged communities. We do this by providing treatment, counseling, education, and supportive services to tuberculosis patients in the communities where we work. We also implement awareness and preventive measures to prevent tuberculosis in these communities. In addition, we seek to build capacity among governments, public health organizations and other NGOs to adopt and implement our best practices.
Operation ASHA’s goal is to make TB treatment available to the most disadvantaged patients. We do this through focusing on patient convenience, community mobilization, and comprehensive counseling. Our management information systems include continuous monitoring and rigorous reporting.



Tasks and expected output
Manage the development, distribution, and maintenance of all print and electronic collateral including, but not limited to, newsletters, brochures, and Operation ASHA’s website. Prepare communications materials for immediate needs of Operation ASHA.
Track and measure the level of engagement within the outreach network over time
Designing, planning, and implementing donor and awareness campaigns through website, email marketing, building the online community, search engine optimization, and search marketing.
Work collaboratively with fundraising team to execute packaging designs/ content creation consistent with a determined fundraising and strategic plan.
Analyze market, donor, and competitive information to support Communications Director in formulating future strategies.
Marketing and Communications background: a must have

Reports to: Director of Communications and CEO


We are seeking an individual with a minimum of 1 years experience in the public or corporate sector. This individual must have a passion for public service, be able to adapt to a developing country and work in a limited resource environment.
The position requires a one-year commitment.
