Description

Working at Mazda
For a small company, Mazda Motors UK enjoys punching above its weight. We’re proud that our products defy convention and we strive to ensure we create a fun and open place to work where everyone understands how they can contribute to our ongoing success.

Like a challenge? – you’ll like working at Mazda
Being a small company means we need to defy convention and do things differently and these are values we look for in potential recruits. Being nimble and entrepreneurial whilst being creative and thinking outside the box means we are able to challenge traditional conventions to be successful. But having fun is just as important for us to be a successful company.

Celebrating successes, coming to work with a smile on your face and having an open and transparent culture is what we strive for. We’re passionate about our team, and our participation in The Times 100 survey as well as achieving a Bronze Award in Investors in People are testament to that.
