Description

The Associate Manager is responsible for implementing interactive, digital and social marketing strategies. The Associate Manager works closely with internal stakeholders across multiple disciplines and outside agencies. This position champions interactive, digital and social marketing for various brands through expertise, earned influence and effective change management to ensure communications are aligned with marketing objectives.

Requirements:
Provide input into the planning and budgeting of interactive, social and digital marketing initiatives.
Implement web, mobile and ecommerce content including all ecommerce products
Implement all content, ensuring alignment with brand strategies.
Manage and implement day to day content social media channels including but not limited to: Facebook, Blogs, YouTube, Google+, Pinterestand Twitter.
Track, report and communicate online engagement and conversion. Optimize for improvements.
Report sales trends using Google analytics.
Maintain and grow awareness of digital marketing trends and the implications that these technologies have on marketing to the company's target consumer.
Share digital best practices and champion the ideal consumer experience.
Experience & Qualifications:
2 -3 years of marketing experience.
1 -2 years of experience in digital or interactive marketing.
Intermediate knowledge of digital-based communications and tools including HTML language and content management systems required.
Excellent communication skills (written and oral) with an ability to adapt communication style to a number of different audiences.
Strong entrepreneurial spirit and a proven ability to drive business development and outcomes using various digital marketing vehicles.
Enthusiastic, confident performer and team player with the ability and passion to work in a demanding and fast paced environment.
Ability to manage and prioritize diverse projects.
