The Field Marketing Operations Coordinator is responsible for providing key support to the Verengo Canvass Program to aid in the execution of administrative functions and other special projects as they relate to the Canvassing program. They must be able to collaborate effectively to deliver on mutual corporate and field objectives. The Ops Coordinator will assist with day to day support functions by monitoring and maintaining the current infrastructure as needed to achieve results.
Essential Job Functions
Optimize team, process and systems to achieve maximum velocity, adaptability, precision, compliance and profitability
Establish Employer of Choice standards; thereby, making Verengo the most sought-after professional sales opportunity in the solar industry
Execute systematic plans and processes for data capture, field support function, HR coordination, data analysis and reporting, to maintain the support of the influx of Canvassers, sales leads and appointments
Ensure successful and on-going consistent communications and open dialogue with cross-functional teams including Call Center, Sales, Marketing, HR, payroll, etc.
Train Canvassers in the field (up to 2 days a week/40% of the job)
Maintain relationships with higher level Management and provide administrative assistance as needed:
To maximize use of resources
To drive impeccable execution of the support processes through continual review of processes, systems and operations
Act as the Canvass liaison inside the office
Ensure that all behaviors protect and properly represent the Verengo brand
Identify, mitigate and/or eliminate risks
Promote best practices and eliminate obstacles
Train Canvassers in the field/Assist FMS with canvassing functions
Organize and manage onsite and offsite corporate events, coordinate conference calls and meetings (schedule, send invites, design agenda, secure conference room, arrange media, assemble supplies / materials, order / arrange for food and beverages)
Manage a wide variety of projects including but not limited to:
Coordinate special event schedules, payment, materials and logistics
Arrange travel plans and itineraries
Review and approve expense reports in accordance with the Canvass Expense Reimbursement Guidelines
Canvass Roster Management
Distribute Revenue Sheets
Place orders with Marketing for all marketing collateral.
Document processes and procedures as they are created or revised
Audit people, process and systems to ensure a high level of quality throughout the function

Preference given to candidates with:
Operations experience including functions related to field team support, reporting, finance and HR/payroll
Service-based industry experience and/or Marketing Agency experience

Bachelor’s Degree preferred
Minimum 2 years of experience in administrative, order management or customer support
MUST have direct experience in supporting Field Marketing or Event Marketing as an Administrative Assistant or Coordinator
MUST have direct experience working for multiple managers or for multiple divisions
MUST have direct experience juggling multiple projects simultaneously
MUST have strong experience with Reporting in MS Excel and MS Office Suite (PowerPoint, Outlook, Word)
