Description

The Graphic Design Intern(s) will assist the Marketing Manager with the design and creation of marketing campaign materials for all Drive Safer events, promotions and in-school programs. The Interns may also create unique logos and designs for upcoming featured events, posters and clothing. This is a great opportunity for your work to gain exposure. Graphic Design Interns will also receive hands on experience in all aspects of direct marketing and social media marketing as well as exposure to event management.

Responsibilities

Major Duties & Responsibilities
• Creating new deigns for web, print and email campaigns
• Edit existing materials
• Assist Marketing Manager with creating campaign materials
• Work with various vendors for production of printed materials
• Work closely with the in-house teams in marketing, business development and event operations
• Ad hoc marketing projects

Requirements

Required Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
* Must be at least 18 years of age and enrolled in your sophomore, junior or senior year at an accredited college or university.
* Superior oral and written communications skills
* Effective organizational skills for managing multiple tasks
* Knowledge about Adobe Creative Suite, and MS Office Suite
* Hours during the school year are part-time ~ 20-25/wk; hours during the summer are full time ~40/wk
* Intern will be required to work in the office at least 2 days/wk
* Other work may be able to be done outside of the office depending on the assignment
