We are Plexuss.com, an academic college recruiting website. We connect high school students with college admissions offices through our rich interface. With our tools and features, we are shaping the future of the college recruitment process.
-WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR-
We are looking for one motivated high school student liaison. All grade levels are encouraged to apply for this exclusive position to represent their school. This student must have a 3.0 GPA and abide by conduct guidelines while they are representing Plexuss. Their job duties will include: marketing Plexuss to their peers, being present at informational sessions for their school, and being a channel for feedback and communications between the student body and the Plexuss.com team. Student can communicate with office through online communications, travel to office not expected.
-WHAT THE INTERN WILL RECEIVE-
For being a Plexuss.com student liaison, an intern will receive hands on work experience at an exciting startup. They will learn about the Plexuss.com recruitment strategy and tools, as well as marketing and sales skills preparing them for their future. They will also receive a letter of recommendation highlighting their duties and accomplishments.
Interested parties apply by sending a 1 page cover letter including your high school name & qualifications. Resumes & recommendation letters from school are also welcome.
Responsibilities- Marketing Plexuss to their peers
- Attend all informational sessions for their school
- Communicate with Plexuss team
Requirements- MUST BE A HIGH SCHOOL STUDENT
- Have and maintain a 3.0 GPA
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Must get approval from counselor
- Be comfortable with public speaking
