The main responsibilities include:
Proactively solicit and handle sales opportunities with affinity and corporate customers.
Build and strengthen relationships with existing and new customers to enable future bookings. Activities include sales calls, entertainment, trade shows, etc.
Finalize and upsell catering arrangements.
Solicit and book meetings, conferences and catered corporate and social events.
Develop relationships within community to strengthen and expand customer base for sales opportunities.
Understand the overall market - competitors' strengths and weaknesses, economic trends, supply and demand etc. and know how to sell against them.
Create written and verbal presentations effectively.
Create remarkable content for blog; maintain and consistently develop social media strategy; create and develop marketing plans to support member growth
Create bi-weekly reports with analytics on traffic, hits, views, and other important metrics for each individual social media platform and marketing campaign
Improve our internal/external email marketing through content and a/b testing.
Work closely with the sales team on campaigns to drive specific conversions around goals.

4-year bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Hotel and Restaurant Management, or related major.
5 years experience in traditional or digital marketing, communications, sales, or related professional area.
Extensive Boston Area customer base that can be called upon for new business.
Strong background in and experience with email marketing platforms, like Sailthru or MailChimp; and online marketing platforms, like AdWords
Excellent understanding of web analytics, conversion rates, funnels; and ability to create, execute, and measure marketing campaigns
Strong background in events and catering including weddings, galas, and conferences with knowledge of corporate events.
Passion for staying current with trends and tactics in marketing and technology


As we grow both locally and internationally, we are looking to add talented members to our team. We are currently seeking a highly motivated individual to serve as our Inbound Marketing Lead to help strengthen our brand awareness and drive customers into our space to sign up.

The Inbound Marketing Lead is someone who consistently and constantly remains hungry for more connections, both online and off. We are looking for an individual who is passionate about building an online community and engaging with it; as well as building and maintaing lasting in-person and online relationships. The ideal Inbound Marketing Lead is organized and great at managing multiple projects, such as campaigns across various social media, but also events involving our space. He or she will work closely with the Community Manager to plan these events and ensure that they are at maximum planned capacity. The ultimate goal of the IML is help to keep the space filled with as few gaps in rental time as possible, and the least amount spent on marketing.

The ideal Inbound Marketing Lead is a strong communicator who enjoys networking and building new relationships. He or she should always seek to promote the brand and drive customers to the space, either through events or personal connections. He or she is a creative individual who can think outside the box in terms of developing new campaigns and finding strategies to bring in new customers. He or she also has a strong understanding of the tools available on the web for measuring and tracking the success of any planned events or campaigns regarding the brand.

Finally, the Inbound Marketing Lead also has strong writing and researching skills, and is constantly producing remarkable content that will drive traffic to the brand’s social media platforms and ultimately through to the sales end. He or she can work well across departments while still managing and growing his or her own team.
