DescriptionWe are looking for a proven and accomplished Incentives + Promotion Manager to lead B by Brandie’s efforts to develop and implement market-leading incentive loyalty strategies and promotional initiatives. Incentives and promotional strategies will drive Merchandiser engagement, customer retention and sales growth in key business areas. This position is responsible for managing B by Brandie’s incentives and promotional programs and the overall deployment, coordination, implementation, execution control and completion of specified projects, which are consistent with company strategy, commitments and goals. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of delivering strong results through marketing, persuasive communication (written and oral), analytics, and relationship and business management.
ResponsibilitiesResponsible for leading the ongoing development and implementation of loyalty incentives and promotions, which includes facilitating and/or providing: project objectives, direction, structure and communication strategy, planning, identification of required resources (internal and external), documentation (including status updates), and reporting and budget control.
Support internal efforts to structure the analysis and insights behind loyalty incentives and promotions by developing high-level analytics and reporting to evaluate campaign effectiveness. Continually apply analytical findings to the concepting, development and implementation of loyalty incentive and promotional strategies.
Manage production and process to ensure 100% accuracy and timely delivery/implementation of programs, as well as ensure strategic alignment, brand compliance and creative effectiveness.
Partner with Finance and Operations to develop incentive and promotion budgets and align these activities with topline sale goals and seasonal initiatives.
Build out and own product launch and promotions calendar; coordinate with Marketing, Merchandising, Planning, Sales, Community and Executive Teams to ensure successful execution.
Document, present and influence decisions with cross-functional partners, senior management, and external partners (when applicable).
Oversee execution of promotions and incentives marketing campaigns that may include print collateral, as well as website, email and social channel activities.
Calendarize and conduct campaign-planning meetings for monthly incentive and promotional launches.
Collaborate with the Marketing Team on promotional campaign ideation, ensuring that key decision-makers are present.
Use internal project management software on a regular basis to track and keep projects moving.
Identify and communicate timelines and hand-offs for cross-functional projects involving Product, Community, and Merchandising Teams.
Identify areas for process improvement both internally and cross-functionally; develop and manage new methodologies.
Work closely with Technology Product Team on site enhancements relevant to promotions and incentives.
Monitor and report on competitive incentive and promotional activities, as well as recommend appropriate competitive responses.
1-2 years in deploying/managing loyalty program projects and infrastructures. Retail industry and CRM experience a plus.
Knowledge of annual planning processes with the ability to understand the relationship from strategy to execution.
Knowledge of marketing/advertising workflow processes and project lifecycles.
In-depth, hands-on experience in managing multiple sizable cross-functional projects from concept to completion.
Demonstrated experience driving measurable results through customer marketing efforts.
A proven history of influencing business peers and management in the decision-making and business case development processes.
