Provide management of paid search campaigns against defined success metrics
Plan and develop keyword lists and text, creative, implementation, optimization, testing and performance analysis
Provide thorough analysis of paid search campaigns via bid management and reporting tools
Provide strategic planning direction and campaign management for search marketing programs including paid search and social marketing initiatives
Support new business development efforts from a paid search perspective
Identify additional search channels and tactics that assist in achieving marketing objectives.
Manage relationships with search engine vendors and other third parties

Requirements

1-2 years of internet-based marketing experience with SEO, Web 2.0, Organic Search, Viral Marketing, Social Networking, press releases, Blogging and B2B/B2C Marketing
Expertise w/ Google Adwords, Yahoo Search Marketing and Microsoft Ad Center PPC programs
Expertise w/ Google Analytics
Experience analyzing large datasets to gain insights and drive business decisions
Have excellent writing and communication skills
Be detailed oriented and creative
Have the ability to work independently and with deadlines
Be action-oriented with a high level of energy, integrity and enthusiasm for the position.
Have effective interpersonal skills and decision-making abilities
Have the ability to work cross-functionally with various departments and external customers
Have excellent leadership skills and proven ability to work well in a team environment
