Fullscreen, Inc, is seeking a talented, enthusiastic and quantitatively minded individual to assist its ‘Gorilla’ influencer marketing team in analyzing campaigns and user interactions with this business line. Gorilla is a proprietary product developed by Fullscreen to connect brand advertisers with YouTube talent who can help them market their products and services. With Gorilla, eligible creators insert promotional segments in their videos and earn premium CPMs.

An ideal candidate should demonstrate an interest in digital marketing combined with a strong ability to work with data and use them to generate business insights and practical improvements. This position will report to the Gorilla business manager.

Conduct ad hoc analysis to provide insight on various aspects of Gorilla campaign performance and user participation
Craft summary presentations of analytical work, including ideas and next steps for Gorilla business team to consider
Assist in producing client recap reports to summarize performance of individual campaigns
Pull and organize data from proprietary ‘Gorilla’ software tool and other sources to allow for meaningful analysis
Generate monthly performance reports for Gorilla business manager and senior executives

Successful completion of basic statistics coursework (or equivalent), including linear regressions
Some experience conducting and presenting quantitative analysis to a business audience
Some experience with digital performance marketing products (e.g. AdWords, Facebook Ads) preferred, through either professional history or personal use (i.e. using them to promote your own site or project)
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel
Proficiency in other statistical analysis software (e.g. SAS, Minitab, R) relevant but not required
A great attitude and a willingness to learn
